Big developments may offer expansive grounds for walking and bike-riding. But, did you ever drive through one and wonder how people find their homes amidst the endless cul-de-sacs and roundabouts? Here, in Miramar, our homes span one long, winding road. More than enough distance to go for a short walk. And, for a longer walk or ride, simply exit the north gate and traverse the beautiful adjacent Country Club communities. See sparkling ponds and lakes along the way, as well as diverse water fowl, sand cranes and other feathered friends. Maybe, off in the distance, an alligator or two.

Big developments may offer extra amenities. But Miramar has a magnificent, fully-equipped Clubhouse, fitness center, large pool and spa. And you'll share them with fewer people than in an enormous development. You won't likely miss the mandatory requirement for visiting an onsite eatery that some communities have… but you'll have access to a large grill outside the Clubhouse to whip up your own special meals.

Big developments may have activities directors. But, thanks to its active Social Committee, Miramar has a variety of special events, along with Wine Down Wednesday, a weekly opportunity to catch up with neighbors. In addition, several ongoing activities are organized by volunteers for the benefit of the entire community: Book Club, Canasta, Mah-Jongg and Water Aerobics, at present. (Residents seeking to start a new club or activity are welcome to approach the Board to do so.) By the way, no activities staff means lower HOA fees.

Another attraction of Miramar: we're within easy walking distance of Publix, Aldi, CVS Pharmacy, a bank and several eateries.
