Where is Miramar at the Country Club located?

Miramar is a gated Southwest Florida community that is part of the Country Club at Lakewood Ranch. A single, winding street, beautifully maintained and landscaped, Miramar is located where University Parkway intersects Lorraine Road.

> How can I access Miramar at the Country Club?

The community has three entrance gates. Its southern gate is on University Parkway, and the northern gate enters from the Country Club (access to both requires a transponder provided to Miramar residents). The Lorraine Road gate, in addition to providing access via transponder, has a system that enables guests, service people and delivery vehicles to phone the unit they plan to visit and be granted access by the resident expecting them.

> Is Miramar a safe place to live?

Miramar at the Country Club is equipped with security cameras at its entrance gates and inside and outside the Clubhouse, to provide extra protection for those who live within the community.

> Are there activities for residents to enjoy?

Special events held for Miramar residents include social gatherings, such as a Football Watch Party and weekly "Wine Down Wednesday" at the tiki bar, as well as informational events, such as a Crime Prevention session featuring a detective from the Manatee Sherriff's Office.

Ongoing special interest clubs meet weekly or monthly and, at present, include a Book Club, Canasta, Mah Jongg and Water Aerobics. Residents may establish new clubs, providing they seek pre-approval from the Miramar Condo Association and comply with a set of guidelines pertaining to the use of the facilities.
